Once you have paid for your booking you will receive a confirmation email. We will have your tickets and gloves ( if requested ) ready for your arrival. where you will be required to complete an indemnity form as per the copy below. This needs to be completed by one responsible adult with all the names of the other tubers/participants added to the form.

Booking Rules:

Your booked slot commences at the time specified on your booking conformation.

Please ensure that you arriver at least 15 minutes early in order to complete formalities.

Your booking time cannot be altered, credited or refunded. The end time of the booking must be adhered too and cannot be changed.

Your booked slot will be held for half of the duration of the total booked time. This applies to each participant individually. Should any participants not arrive within this half time period, the slot will be made available for other customers to book. No refund will be given under any circumstances

The Slope Indemnity

I duly accept that The Slope (Pty) Ltd, its directors, agents, servants and contractors are indemnified from any liability arising from the use of the premises. It is noted that The Slope (Pty) Ltd does not accept liability or responsibility for injury or damage of any nature whatsoever whether arising from negligence or any other cause howsoever which is suffered by any person who enters the premises and/or uses the amenities provided. In consideration of the fee paid by me, and in full recognition of the risks involved with such equipment and structure, which risks I voluntarily assume, I, the undersigned, hereby release The Slope (Pty) Ltd and their agents, servants and employees, officers and directors and agree to hold them harmless from any and all liability, claims, damages, actions and causes of action whatsoever, for loss, damage, or injury to person, including death and whether sustained by myself, my spouse, my parents, my child or children, or property, regardless of how arising and however caused including but not limited to all kinds and degrees or extent of negligence (except wilful or wanton negligence or misconduct) which The Slope (Pty) Ltd and /or its employees may commit or be charged with , whether consisting of omission or commission, whether separately or concurrently with someone else and sustained by me or us, my spouse, my parents, my child or children, in connections, directly or indirectly, with the use of the recreational equipment and participation in the activities. This release shall be binding upon me, my heirs, my next of kin and legal representative. I further agree that I am personally liable and responsible for paying any claims which may arise as a result of the use of any The Slope (Pty) Ltd activities including, but not limited to any claims for personal injury, any claims for property damage to any equipment or to other property, any claims for loss of equipment or loss of use of any equipment, any claims for diminution in value of any equipment, in claims for the cost of repairing or replacing any equipment or any other claims of any kind or nature which may arise from the use of any equipment while in my possession. I understand that as a part of my participation in this activity, my photograph may be taken by a representative of The Slope (Pty) Ltd and that my photograph may be used in promotional advertising or media coverage. This constitutes my authorisation to use my image for such purposes.
